Our promise
Every Little Lily Pad setup is delivered, installed and collected to the same high standard. We take cleaning, safety and peace of mind seriously — so you can focus on your event and enjoy the day.
Cleaning & hygiene
- All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every hire.
- Ball pits are emptied, and balls are washed and sanitised between events.
- Soft surfaces are wiped down with child-safe, anti-bacterial cleaning products.
- Equipment is inspected before each delivery to ensure it's spotless and ready for use.
- We follow good hygiene practices throughout setup and collection.
Safety & supervision
- Our soft play equipment is designed for children aged five and under.
- Adult supervision is required at all times during use.
- Setups must be used indoors or in a covered, dry, level space (e.g. a marquee or gazebo).
- We don't set up directly on wet grass or in unsuitable weather conditions.
- Shoes (especially high heels), sharp objects, food & drinks and face paint should be kept off the equipment at all times.
Insurance
We hold full public liability insurance. Many venues will ask to see this — we're happy to share documentation in advance of your event, just get in touch and we'll send it across.
Booking & cancellation
- A small deposit secures your date.
- Your deposit is refundable if cancelled at least four weeks before the event.
- The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your function.
- Full cancellation terms will be sent with your booking confirmation.
- If you need to amend your booking, please get in touch as early as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Damage & liability
While our setups are built for play, any damage caused by misuse may be charged to the hirer. We'll always be reasonable — wear and tear is expected, but excessive damage will be discussed with you after the event.
Got a question?
